PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The Caswell County Board of County Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing on May 10, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. to receive both in-person and remote public comment from residents of the south east portion of Caswell County regarding land use regulation, property concerns, and quality of life concerns. The public may attend the meeting in-person to convey public comments or may choose to provide their public comments of less than 350 words to the Clerk via email, akirby@caswellcountync.gov, at least two hours prior to the meeting start time, please make sure to include your first and last name as well as your address at the beginning of the public comment.

In-person attendance will be limited to 20 persons or familial groups at any one time due to social distancing requirements. After conveying an individual public comment, the person or familial group conveying the comment will be asked to exit the public hearing facility to allow for additional residents wishing to convey public comment to enter the building. All comments must be related to the advertised purpose of the public hearing. Face coverings will be required. Social distancing and face coverings will be strictly enforced.

The meeting will be held in the Courtroom of the Caswell County Historic Courthouse located at 144 Court Square, Yanceyville N.C. 27379.

Members of the public attending remotely (virtual) may provide their public comments of less than 350 words to the Clerk via email, akirby@caswellcountync.gov, at least two hours prior to the meeting start time, please make sure to include your first and last name as well as your address at the beginning of the public comment. These comments will then be read during the public comment portion of the meeting.
