PUBLIC NOTICE – BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS MEETING TIME CHANGE
Due to COVID-19 the Caswell County Board of Commissioners Meeting regularly scheduled for Monday, February 15, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. has been changed to Monday, February 15, 2021, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. and will be conducted remotely and electronically.

If you do not have access remotely this meeting can be viewed at the Historic Courthouse in the Board of Commissioners meeting room but please notify the Clerk via email, firstname.lastname@example.org, no later than Friday, February 19, 2021 by 4:00 p.m. if you plan to view the meeting at the Historic Courthouse so preparations can be made.
The public comment period for up to 30 minutes will be provided during the electronic meeting. Members of the public may provide their public comments of less than 350 words to the Clerk via email, email@example.com, at least two hours prior to the meeting start time, please make sure to include your first and last name as well as your address at the beginning of the public comment. These comments will then be read by the Clerk during the public comment portion of the meeting.
Caswell County is making every effort to ensure that the public is able to listen to the meeting while still maintaining statutory requirements as well as to keep the public safe during this time.
