Orange County Speedway

Pictured is Brent Evans Jr and his crew as they celebrate their win in the Choice Automotive Chargers! Michael O’Brien finished second in his first ever appearance at OCS and Chris Gray was third in a race that featured nine competitors.

Orange County Speedway began its 2020 racing season this past Saturday night with six big races on the schedule. Even though it was somewhat different without fans being present the action was exciting and fast!

In the Smokey Dave’s BBQ Mod 4s, Justin Marsan, making his first ever appearance at OCS, beat Jon Fish to the checkered flag with Rusty Denny finishing third!

Thirteen cars started the Southern Outlaw FWD League’s event and it was Jessie Jones IV seeing the checkered flag first! Tommy Raino finished second and James Clardy finished third

The always fast USAC Midgets rolled into OCS with Jessica Bean holding off Chris Lamb to take the victory! Bradley Swift finished third

The Carolina Pro Late Models also were present with a field of eighteen! At the end of their 75 lap featured event. Nick Loden was the winner over a very determined William Cox III. The veteran Lee Tissott finished third; Kyle Campbell fourth; and Eric Nash fifth

The Winstead Farms Pure Stocks were also present with thirteen cars! Johnny Layne held off Bruce Mayo to take the win, with Justin Dawson finishing third!

It was an exciting night of racing action!
