The Caswell County Sheriff’s Office arrested a pair of Blanch residents Oct. 2. 

Caswell deputies arrested and charged 27-year-old Dustin Tyler Ragan and 27-year-old Jacqueline Michelle Chaney with one felony count of conspiring to furnish a controlled substance to an inmate. 

Chaney was released from custody after posting a $5,000 unsecured bond. Her first court appearance is scheduled for Oct. 9 at 8:45 a.m. in Caswell District Court. 

Ragan was released after being placed under a $5,000 secured bond. His first court appearance is scheduled for Oct. 9 at 8:45 a.m. in Caswell District Court.
